Sheetwise Label Maker
Print address labels, name badges and place cards from a list or spreadsheet, lined up with standard label sheets.
Sheetwise Label Maker turns a typed list or an uploaded CSV or Excel file into a print-ready PDF that lines up with standard US Letter label sheets, including the sizes sold as Avery 5160, 8160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 5167, 5195, 5366, 5395 and 22805. It detects name, street, city, state and ZIP columns, formats US addresses the USPS way (City, ST 12345), restores ZIP codes that lost their leading zero in Excel, shrinks long lines to fit, and lets you start on any label of a partly used sheet. Avery is a trademark of its owner; this tool is not affiliated with it and only prints to the same sheet sizes.
